摘要
京沪高铁北京特大桥跨廊坊市广阳道,设计为系杆叠拱结构。该结构临近既有京沪铁路,拱肋安装危险性大。传统的碗扣架存在横向稳定性差、占用空间大等缺点,因此在施工前期制定方案时拱肋支架采用螺旋焊管,大大节约了桥面空间,并通过纵向连接提高了整体性。重点介绍了拱肋支架搭设、拱脚施工、拱肋安装横撑及K形撑安装、拱肋混凝土压注、系杆的安装与张拉等施工工艺以及焊接方案,取得了良好的效果。
The Beijing Bridge of Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway spanning Guangyang Road of Langfang was designed as simply-supported tied overlapping arch structure.This structure is close the existing Beijing-Shanghai Railway,which imposed danger to the arch rib installation.Traditional cup-lock scaffold has the shortcomings of having poor transverse stability and occupying large space.Therefore,in the early phase of the construction,spirally-welded pipes were used as arch rib supports to save space,and integrity was improved by longitudinal connections.The construction technologies of setting arch rib supports,constructing the arch foot,installing transverse supports and K-shaped supports for the arch rib,pouring the arch rib concrete,installation and tensioning of tie bars,etc.are introduced in detail,The welding schemes are introduced as well,The proposed construction method achieved good effects.
