摘要
针对精密仪器实验室对温湿度的严格要求,和在控制调节方面的延迟现象,设计了基于ARM和ZigBee的精密仪器实验室温湿度自动测控系统。系统以ZigBee无线传感器网络为温湿度数据来源,以AT91RM9200嵌入式微处理器为中心,使用RS 232C接收接口,通过对GPIO的电压输出控制,从而操纵以继电器为中心的控制电路;系统采用嵌入式Linux为上位机开发平台,使用Qt/E和多线程技术实现了图形用户界面,完成了温湿度的实时显示、查询和设置,根据精密仪器实验室温湿度的变化,系统可以准确地进行自动测控。
In the light of strict humiture requirement of precision instrument laboratories, and delay phenomenon in con- trol and regulation, a humiture auto measurement and control system based on ARM and ZigBee for precision instrument labora- tories was designed. In the system, ZigBee wireless sensor network is taken as a humiture data source and embedded micropro- cessor AT91RM9200 as its core. The system manipulates the relay-based control circuit by RS232C receiving interface and voltage output control on GPIO. The system uses embedded Linux as upper computer development platform, employs QT/E and multi-threading technology to achieve a user graphical interface, and eventually fulfils the real-time display, query and set- ting of humiture. It can automatically perform accurate measurement and control, according to the change of temperature and hu- midity in precision instrument laboratories.
