摘要
通过对华北石油钢管厂高频直缝焊管机组涡流探伤工艺、探伤仪器的选用、配套机械设备的制造等情况的说明 ,着重介绍了目前使用的在线和离线涡流探伤仪器的实际应用效果和应注意的问题 ,证明了钢管水压试验可以由涡流探伤替代 ,阐明了国内生产的涡流探伤仪器完全有能力满足高频直缝焊管检验的要求。
This article introduces eddy current process of HF longitudinal welded pipe production line,inspecting instrument choice,manufacturing of related machinery equipment of Huabei Petroleum Steel Pipe Works. The application of online and offline eddy current inspecting instrument improves the eddy current inspection can be replaced by hydrostatic test,and the domestic eddy current inspecting instrument can fully meet the inspecting requirement of HF longitudinal welded pipe.
