摘要
从铅绿褶菇(Chlorophyllum molybdites)野生子实体经组织分离获得菌种,在8种培养基上进行人工驯化。初步试验结果显示:铅绿褶菇菌丝在这8种培养料中均生长良好。以稻草为主的培养料进行培养时,经覆土后培养可形成子实体,而以小麦、木屑或废木屑等为主要基质的培养料上未见子实体的形成。在生长温度25~30℃、空气相对湿度80%~95%、光照强度1000~2000lx、自然通风的条件下,铅绿褶菇的生长周期为70~80d。
A pure culture of Chlorophyllum molybdites mycelium was isolated from a fruit body collected from the wild, and artificial cultivation of mushroom sporophores attempted using eight different substrate formulations. Although mycelial growth was observed on all the test substrates, highest fruiting levels were recorded (after casing with garden soil) on a substrate containing rice straw. Fruit bodies were produced after 70-80 days at 25-30 ℃ under natural ventilation when the relative humidity and illumination levels were maintained at 80%-95% and 1000-2000 1x, respectively. No fruit bodies were formed on substrates containing wheat, sawdust or spent sawdust (after prior use for cultivating Flammulina velutipes).
