摘要 CD70是肿瘤坏死因子受体(tumor necrosis factor receptor,TNFR)超家族的成员之一,具有调控T细胞和B细胞活化、增殖及分化的能力,在维持机体免疫应答过程中起着重要的作用。同时,CD70在多种肿瘤组织中高水平表达,使其可能成为肿瘤免疫治疗的一个有效的靶点分子。本文就CD70的生物学作用、在肿瘤组织中的表达情况及其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用作一综述,以期为CD70在临床上的应用提供一些有利的参考和研究依据。 CD70 is a member of TNFR (tumor necrosis factor receptor) super family, which is essential for maintaining immune response through controlling the activation, proliferation and differentiation of T cells and B cells. CD70 is highly expressed in various types of tumors which suggests that it may become a potentially effective target for immunotherapy. This paper summarizes the biological function and expression of CD70 in tumor tissues and the advances in research on the role of CD70 in antitumor therapy, so as to provide valuable references and evidence for the clinical application of CD70.
