摘要
党的十八大精神之一就是将我们党建设成道路自信、理论自信和制度自信的党。"三个自信"不仅是党的新时期发展的指导方针,也将为我国高等教育事业的发展提供思想武器。我国要不要建设充满自信的高等教育,如何建设以及建设好后有哪些效益,能否在建设之前对此加以预判,都是值得深思的关键问题。结合党的十八大精神提出了建设充满自信的中国高等教育,论述了充满自信的高等教育的本质特点,分析了我国建设充满自信的高等教育的现实基础,提出了建设目标和实施途径。
During the 18th National Congress the Communist Party of China （CPC） in the late December, a new idea has been proposed that the Party full of the Three Confidence will be built, they are path of confidence of, the one of theory and the one system. The ＂Three Confidence＂ sets us thinking about the path of the higher education in China. Is it necessary to build a higher education system also full of confidence？ If so, how to build？ What benefits can we get out of it？ All these are worth deep investigation. This paper firstly explores the implications of the higher education full of confidence. Secondly the basic characteristics are outlined. Thirdly, the base line or current status is diagnosed. And lastly, the solutions and suggestions are offered.
