MIPO技术结合锁定钢板对肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者骨折愈合相关因子影响研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨微创技术(MIPO)结合肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效及对骨折愈合的影响。方法:采用MIPO技术结合锁定钢板技术和传统AO钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者120例,对比研究结果。结果:手术后即刻行X线检查治疗组与对照组骨折复位满意度分别为88%和93%(P<0.05),随访1年时治疗组与对照组骨折复位满意度分别为85%和82%(P>0.05)。术后疼痛视觉模拟评分、ASES对比,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创锁定技术提高了手术治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的治疗效果,降低术后并发症。
