本文将作者在基层医院药剂科的工作经验和在基层医院检查中发现的问题进行归纳和总结,从中找出基层医院药剂科的工作思路与发展方向,指出只有转变观念,抓住重点,向临床倾斜,才能使药事管理水平得到提高。
This article sums up the author＇s work experience of pharmacy department and the inspecting result of the problem in primary hospital, finds out the future ideas and development direction of pharmacy department in primaryhospital, and points out that in order to improve the level of pharmacy management, pharmacy managements in primary hospital must change it＇s concepts, grasp the key point, incline to clinical.
