摘要
目的探讨采用米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院2011年6月至2012年6月间收治的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者93例。使用随机分组法将所有患者分为两组,即对照组45例与观察组48例。对照组患者单一采用妈富隆进行治疗,而观察组患者则采用米非司酮及甲基睾丸素联合治疗。两组患者均治疗一个疗程即3个月之后,针对患者临床症状,子宫内膜厚度,性激素下降情况进行回顾性对比分析。结果所有两组患者经3个月治疗后,观察组患者临床症状,子宫内膜厚度,性激素下降均显著优于对照组,且结果(P<0.05)具有统计学意义,而观察组患者用药后不良反应及复发情况也明显低于对照组,且结果(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论针对女性患者围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血采用米非司酮及甲基睾丸素联用药进行治疗具有显著的临床效果,且联合用药疗效均优于此类药物单一使用效果。此方法安全有效,不良反应及复发率甚微,故具有重要的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of mifepristone combined with marvelon and methyl testosterone treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage.Methods The hospital in 2011 March to 2012 March treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in 93 cases.Using the stochastic method all patients were divided into control group（single with methyl testosterone） and observation group（45 cases by marvelon and mifepristone and methyl testosterone） in 48 cases.In two groups after the treatment the clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence rate were analyzed.Results The two groups of patients after treatment,the observation group clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence rates were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the results were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion For women with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with mifepristone and marvelon,methyl testosterone triple drug treatment has significant clinical effect,and the safety and effectiveness of drugs,adverse reactions and the recurrence rate is very small.
