Summary The nursing of a patient with hemoptysis and bronchial pulmonary artery fistula after intervention- al treatment was summarized in this paper. Psychological intervention and preoperative preparation were delivered to the patient before the operation. The care after operation focused on prevention of hemoptysis,observation and prevention of postoperative complications, the puncture side limb, which ensured curative effect of interventional treatment, the recoveryland discharge Of the patient.
