浅析风电大规模发展中的制约因素及对策——以东北电网为例

摘要 可再生能源的应用是未来能源的发展方向。然而,中国风电在快速发展的同时,弃风率不断上升,虽然弃风率的上升固然有风电本身难预测性、波动性等的因素,但是也与外界条件相关。本文以东北电网为例,从电源结构、电网结构、负荷特征、政策制度等方面分析了东北地区风电发展的制约因素,并对促进东北风电发展和风电并网提出了四个建议。 Application of renewable energy is the future development direction of the energy.Wind power is developing fast in China while the rate of abandoned wind is rising,partly caused by its internal randomness and fluctuation,but also related to the external constraints.In this paper,the Northeast power grid is taken as an example to analyze the external constraints from the perspectives of power structure,grid structure,load characteristics and policies,then put forward four suggestions to promote the wind power development in Northeast power grid and its integration.
