摘要
以1年生元宝枫、木槿、紫荆和紫藤为材料,通过盆栽控水试验,研究不同土壤含水量对幼苗株高、叶片数、生物量分配、光合与叶绿素荧光特性等的影响,以及4个树种的抗旱性。结果表明,除茎生物量比外,比叶重、叶片蜡质含量、叶片气孔密度、光合和叶绿素荧光参数等可作为木本植物抗旱性的评价指标。运用隶属函数法对抗旱能力进行综合评定,元宝枫、木槿、紫荆和紫藤的综合评价值分别为0.617、0.455、0.493和0.292,抗旱性依次为元宝枫>紫荆>木槿>紫藤。
Acer truncatum Bunge, Hibiscus syriacus Linn. , Cercis chinensis Bunge and Wisteria sinensis Sweet were used to study the effects of different soil water content on plant height, leaf numbers, biomass allocation, photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescent, and drought resistance of four seedlings by pot experiment. The results indicated that SLW, leaf waxes value, stomatal density, photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescent could be used as drought resistance evaluation indices, except for shoot mass ratio. Using subordinate functions to evaluate the drought resistance, and evaluating values of four species were 0. 617, 0. 455, 0. 493 and 0. 292 respectively. The drought resistance of A. truncatum was the highest, followed by C. chinensis, H. syriacus and W. sinensis.
