摘要
将木粉、自制的超微皮革粉体(LSP)和马来酸酐改性的超微皮革粉体(MAH-LSP)应用在合成革基布浸渍中。通过测试成膜的透水汽性、饱和湿度下吸湿性、抗张强度、断裂伸长率、吸水性和耐溶剂性,讨论了加入粉体种类和用量对成膜性能的影响,得出加入15%MAH-LSP的聚氨酯膜各方面性能较好。将马来酸酐-丙烯酸改性的超微皮革粉体(MAH-AA-LSP)应用在皮革涂饰中,通过测试成膜的透水汽性、饱和湿度下吸湿性、抗张强度和断裂伸长率,讨论了其用量对成膜性能的影响,得出加入20%MAH-AA-LSP的水性涂饰剂成膜各方面性能较好。
The wood powder, homemade superfine leather powder and its MAH - modified products ( MAH - LSP) were used in synthetic leather fabric impregnation, separately. The performance of PU membranes, such as water vapor permeability, hydro- scopic rate at saturated humidity, tensile strength ,breaking elongation, water absorption and solvent resistance were tested, and the effect of different kinds and content of powder were discussed. The results show that the application of PU membranes added with 15% MAH - LSP has good performance. The superfine leather powder modified by MAH and AA (MAH - AA - LSP) was applied to leather finishing. Effects of different MAH - AA - LSP content and properties of film - forming including water vapor permeabil- ity, hydroscopic rate at saturated humidity, tensile strength and breaking elongation were investigated. The result indicates that fin- ishing agent film - forming mixed with 20% MAH - AA - LSP exhibits excellent performance at many aspects.
