摘要
以节能型复合控制柱塞泵为研究对象,利用键合图建立数学模型,并通过MATLAB软件仿真,得出该系统关键元件参数与其动态特性之间的相互关系。经过计算,与定量泵控制系统相比,仅压力控制这一个环节就可以节能约30%。
Based on the energy-saving composite control plunger pump as the research object, establishing mathematical model u- sing bond graphs and simulating through MATLAB,it is proved that interrelationship between the system key components parame- ters and their dynamic characteristics . Calculated, compared with quantitative pump control system, pressure control which only one link on energy-saving of about 30%.
