摘要
文章对黄霉素及其市场发展状况进行了综述,并分别从菌种选育研究、发酵培养基的组成和发酵过程控制3个方面阐述了黄霉素的发酵条件控制。
With a brief introduction and an analysis on market development condition of flavomycin, in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for flavomycin fermentation, this paper reviewed the fermentation control metheds from strain breeding research, the composition of fermentation medium and fermentation process control.
