摘要
卓越工程师培养质量是"卓越计划"参与高校能否培养出合格的卓越工程师的标志,是"卓越计划"的主要目标能否实现的根本。本文试图从八个部分系统地分析和研究卓越工程师培养质量保障这一重大核心专题:影响卓越工程师培养质量的因素分析、人才培养全面质量管理的核心内涵、构建卓越工程师培养质量保障体系、卓越工程师培养质量的过程监控、卓越工程师培养质量的持续改进、卓越工程师培养企业学习的质量保障、大学质量文化建设以及质量保障需要处理好的若干关系等,以期为"卓越计划"参与高校培养满足专业质量标准要求的卓越工程师提供建议和参考。
Training quality of outstanding engineers is the signpost of whether ＂the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers （PETOE）＂ participant universities could train qualified outstanding engineers and is fundamental to the success of the main goal of PETOE. This paper tries to systemati- cally analyze and research the quality assurance of outstanding engineer training, a significant and core subject from nine parts, including the factor analysis of effecting training quality of outstanding engi- neers, the core content of total quality management of talent training, the construction of quality as- surance system for outstanding engineers training, the process monitoring of the training quality of outstanding engineers, the continuous improvement of the training quality of outstanding engineers, the quality assurance for enterprise study of outstanding engineers training, the construction of uni- versities quality culture, and dealing with several relations required by quality assurance, etc. , in the hope of providing advice and reference for PETOE participant universities to train outstanding engi- neers to meet the demand of professional quality standard.
