摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定寿胎丸生药、单煎液、复煎液中多种微量元素,并考察了寿胎丸煎煮液中多种微量元素的溶出情况。实验结果表明,菟丝子、川断、桑寄生、阿胶等生药材经硝酸-双氧水体系消解,水煎液经硝酸-高氯酸体系消解,样品均可消解完全,满足ICP-AES检测的要求。相对标准偏差为0.01%—7.06%,加标回收率为80.7%—119.0%,方法能满足实际样品测试要求。寿胎丸煎煮液中含有K、Na、Ca、Mg、P、A1、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Co、Cr、Sr、Cd、Ni、Pb等16种元素,As、Be、Li、V 4种元素未测出;其中K、Na、P、Mg、Mn、Co元素的溶出率相对较高。
Various trace elements in crude drug,single decoction solution and complex decoction solution of Shoutaiwan were determined by ICP-AES,digestion condition of various trace elements in decoction solution of Shoutaiwan was investigated.The results showed that crude drug(including dodder,teasel,parasitic loranthus and Colla corii asini) were digested by nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide system,decoction solution were digested by nitric acid-perchloric acid,samples could be completely digested to meet requirement of detection by ICP-AES.The recoveries were between 80.7%and 119.0%,the RSDs were between 0.01%and 7.06%.The method could meet requirement of actual sample determination.Shoutaiwan decoction solution contains 16 kind of elements of K,Na,Ca,Mg, P,Al,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Co,Cr,Sr,Cd,Ni,Pb and As,Be,Li and V were not found.The dissolution rates of K,Na,P,Mg,Mn and Co were relatively high.
