摘要
在剪板机控制系统改造中,针对原系统生产效率和加工精度低等缺点,给出了新的控制系统方案。新系统以FX2N-16MR可编程控制器核心,采用工业控制中广泛应用的Modbus RTU通信协议,利用RS-485总线,通过可编程控制器和FR-A740变频器的通讯参数设置及程序控制,实现了两者间的串行通信,满足了剪板机对钢片放卷的调速控制要求。经过数年运行表明:该系统实现了剪板机自动化控制,布线简单,抗干扰能力强,加工精度高。
This paper proposes a novel solution to the Cutting Machine control system for efficiency and resolution improve- ment. The new control system is implemented in a programmable controller(PLC) FX2N - 16MR;the Modbus RTU protocol is used with the RS -485 bus ,which enables the communication and coordination between the PLC unit and the frequency converter. The dedicated program enables precise unfolding speed control of the material. The operation data indicates that the designed automatic system is fully functional and precise, and the wiring system is simple and reliable.
