岷江上游干旱河谷4个乡土树种的抗旱生理指标主成分分析 被引量:6

摘要 在自然干旱胁迫条件下,对5年生油松、岷江柏、刺槐、榆树4个树种的生理生化指标分别在旱季和雨季进行测定,分析讨论了干旱胁迫下,各树种生理生化指标的变化规律及其相关关系。根据4个树种在干旱胁迫条件下各指标的表现,利用主成分分析法对4个树种的抗旱性进行综合评价。抗旱性综合评价结果表明:4个树种的抗旱能力以刺槐的抗旱性最强,油松的抗旱性最差。其排名顺序为:榆树>刺槐>油松>岷江柏。 Under natural arid condition, the physiological data of 4 tree species, i.e., Pinus atbualefor- mi, Ulmus pumila, Robinia pseudoacac, and Ulmus pumila, which were all 5-year-old, were determined in dry and raining season, respectively. The variation and relationship of the physiological data under drought stress were discussed to perfect the drought theory of plant. Then the method of principal compo- nent analysis was used to analyze the physiological data in order to evaluate the ability of drought resis- tance of the 4 native tree species. The results showed that the drought resistance levels of the 4 native tree species were as follows: Robinia pseudoacac〉Ulmus pumila〉Ulmus pumila〉Pinus atbualeformi.
