摘要 用0.2%D型肉毒梭菌毒素大麦毒饵、0.2%D型肉毒梭菌毒素草颗粒(苜蓿)毒饵和0.01%溴敌隆大麦毒饵进行退耕还林地的害鼠防灭治试验,试验结果表明:三种防治试验处理试验的防效分别为95.4%、94.4%和76.7%。由于D型肉毒梭菌毒素试验效果较好,多年在农九师各团场累计推广0.2%D型肉毒毒素灭鼠8.5万ha.次。平均效果90%以上,为更进一步推广使用该项技术奠定了基础。 We took 0.2% Clostridium botulinum toxin Type D+ H. vulgare, 0.2% Clostridium botulinum toxin Type D+ Medicago sativa Linn, and 0.01% Bromadiolone+ H. vulgar as materials, to prevent and exterminate rats in conceding land to forest area.The results showed that the extermination ratio of three treatments were 95.4%, 94.4% and 76.7% respectively. The each regiments of division No. 9 of Xinjiang production and construction group, accumulative used 0.2% Clostridium botulinum toxin Type D to prevention and exterminating rats 85 000ha .time. Mean effect reached over 90% and the technique of prevention and exterminating rats have become mature, so it was necessary to further promote the use of 0.2% Clostridium botulinum toxin Type D application.
