摘要
在期刊转企改制的过程中,不具备正常盈利能力的教育学术期刊面临巨大挑战。我国台湾地区的教育学术期刊在经营过程中确保学术机构对学术期刊的主导权和内容编辑权,而将学术期刊的印刷、发行、广告、网络等商业事务委托外包给类似台北高等教育出版公司等出版企业,从而实现双方的共赢。这一运营模式,对面临转企改制的我国教育学术期刊来说,具有重要的借鉴价值。
In journals into enterprises, do not have the the normal profitability education journals facing enormous challenges. Taiwan, China education journals in the course of business to ensure the dominance of academic institutions, academic journals and content of the right to edit and journals printing, issuance, advertising, network business affairs entrusted outsourced to similar higher education publishing company in Taipei publishing enterprises, in order to achieve a win -win situation between the two sides. This operational mode, education journals in China face into enterprises, an important reference value.
