摘要
为探索铅对鱼的毒性作用,以建鲤幼鱼为试验动物,研究Pb2+浓度0.065mg/L、0.324mg/L、0.648mg/L在3d、8d、14d、24d、35d和50d时对其外周血红细胞微核率、核异常率的影响。结果表明:Pb2+对建鲤红细胞微核率的影响具有浓度效应和时间效应关系,即随Pb2+浓度的增加,红细胞微核率显著上升;随暴露时间的延长,红细胞微核率呈增加到降低趋势。Pb2+对建鲤幼鱼红细胞核异常率的影响具有明显的浓度效应关系,即随Pb2+浓度增加,红细胞核异常率呈增加到降低趋势,除0.065mg/L以外,随暴露时间的延长,其他组核异常率表现出较为明显的增加到降低的时间效应关系。
Juvenile Cyprinus carpiovar were fed in aquariums with 0. 065 rag/L, 0. 324 mg/L and 0. 648 mg/L lead respectively to study the effect of Pb2+ on erythrocyte micronucleus rate and nuclear abnormalities. The results showed that there were relationships between the micronucleus rate and Pb2+ concentration and between the micronueleus rate and feeding time. The micronucleus rate increased with increment of Pb2+ concentration significantly and the micronucleus rate first increased and then decreased with the increment of feeding time. There was an obvious relation between nuclear abnormalities rate and Pb2+ concentration and the nuclear abnormalities rate showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The nuclear abnormalities rate expressed an obvious trend of first increasing and than decreasing with the increment of feeding time except for 0. 065 mg/L treatment.
