摘要
介绍了一种应用于半卸载交替推进式薄煤层液压支架的液压油源—双作用手动柱塞泵,它采用独特的齿轮齿条传动机构,手柄往复一次可以排出2次液压油,体积小,结构紧凑。根据半卸载交替推进式薄煤层液压支架应用压力和流量要求,对齿轮齿条和柱塞等进行了设计计算,并用ANSYS进行有限元结构分析,完成了双作用手动柱塞泵关键部件的设计。
This thesis is about a manual double function piston pump in half uninstall alternate type hydraulic support of the hydraulic power sources, using new super-modulus gear transmission mechanism, the handle on a trip can discharge two hydraulic oil .And it is small size, its structure are easy to processing. According to this kind of hydraulic support's pressure and flow requirements for the gear rack and piston, it is designed with finite element used ANSYS structure analysis, the key part of the new manual piston pump is completed.
