摘要
对西宁某原生铜矿石进行了选矿试验研究。通过对浮选指标各影响因素的优化,得出了适合铜矿石粗选的最佳工艺条件:磨矿细度70%-74μm的条件下,活化剂Na2S用量120 g/t,组合捕收剂异丙基黄药和丁基铵黑药分别为45、15 g/t,起泡剂11号油23 g/t。在此条件下进行两次扫选,混合精矿进行铜硫分离、再经过三次精选和两次扫选实验室闭路试验,可获得铜精矿品位为18.16%、回收率为86.21%,硫精矿品位为30.12%、回收率为82.07%的较好实验室闭路试验指标。
The beneficiation test of copper ore of Xining was conducted. The optimal roughing conditions achieved by optimizing the influence factors of flotation index were as follows: the ore being ground to the size of 70%-74 μm the dosage of Na2S being 120 g/t as activator, the dosage of combination collectors of isopropyl xanthate and aerofloat being 45 g/t and 15 g/t respectively, the dosage of No.ll pine oil being 25 g/t as frother. Twice scavenging was carried out after roughing h^llowed by the separation of bulk concentrate of copper and sulphur. Through closed-circuit test with triple cleaning and twice scavenging, the copper concentrate grading 18.16% Cu and the sulphur concentrate assaying 30.12% S were obtained, at recoveries of 86.21% Cu and 82.07% S respectively.
