焊接热过程对X100管线钢焊缝组织性能的影响

Influence of welding heat process on microstructure and mechanical properties of welding line of X100 steel pipeline

摘要 采用不同焊接工艺参数对X100管线钢进行焊接试验,并对母材进行微观组织观察及宏观力学特性测试,对比分析X100管线钢母材和经历不同焊接热过程后所得焊缝的微观组织及宏观力学特性。结果表明:经历不同焊接热过程后的X100管线钢焊缝组织比母材组织粗大,主要为无碳贝氏体;冲击韧性比母材略高;抗拉强度和屈服强度与母材基本保持一致。 The different welding process parameters were used for X100 pipeline steels welding, the microstructure and mechanical performance of the base metal were tested, and the microstructure and the mechanical performance of the base metal and welding line were compared and analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of welding line which experiences different welding heat process, is coarser than that of base metal, and the microstructure is mainly composed of carbonless bainite; after different welding heat process, the impact toughness is better than that of base metal, the tensile strength and yield strength are basically consistent with those of base metal.
