摘要
PCR技术是一种体外扩增特定DNA序列的方法。该技术以其高特异性和灵敏度等优点已广泛用于各领域。本文主要对PCR技术的原理及其在一次性使用卫生用品微生物检测的应用前景等方面进行综述。
PCR technique is a method of amplification of specific DNA sequence in vitro. This technology has been widely used in various fields for its high specificity and sensitivity. The principle of PCR technology and the prospects of application of PCR technique in microbial detection were reviewed in this paper.
