摘要
教师的专业情意和专业素养是教师专业标准构成的根本要件,具有质的规定性。中国高校迫切需要规范教师的专业标准。新任教师、合格教师、骨干教师、主导教师是教师专业成长的必经阶段。各阶段高校教师专业发展均有其特定的专业标准,对教师成长具有积极的指引作用。
Professional cordiality and professional quality, the basic elements of teachers' professional standard, are of qualitative stipulation. It is urgent for Chinese colleges and universities to specify teachers' professional standard. Novice teacher, qualified teacher, backbone teacher and leading teacher are the necessary stages of a teacher's professional growth. Each stage of college teachers' professional development has its own specific standard, which has positive directing effect on teachers' development.
