知识管理与人本思想作为人类认识活动的结晶,对图书馆产生了深远的影响。知识管理在图书馆的应用激发了图书馆的人文精神,走向知识经济时代的图书馆必将是知识管理与人本思想的有效结合。
Knowledge management and human thought as the crystallization of human awareness activities, had a profound impact on the library. The application of knowledge management in libraries and greatly inspired the humanistic spirit of the Library and the library to the era of the knowledge economy is bound to be a combination of effective knowledge management and humanistic ideas.
