摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)为膜材料 ,测定了不同温度下PVDF/DMAc和PVDF/NMP溶液的非溶剂混合参数 ,得到非溶剂混合参数的顺序为丙醇 >乙醇 >甲醇 >水 .此外 ,讨论了不同溶剂、添加剂及芯液组成对膜孔隙率、通量和截留率的影响 ,其中PDVF中空纤维超滤膜的孔隙率可达到 80 % ,水通量为 58~ 110L/(m2 ·h) ,截留 6 70 0 0分子量物质时截留率为 95%左右 .通过测定纯水的通量、不同分子量蛋白质溶液的通量和截留率 ,确定了较好的制膜条件 ,从而可提出纺制高孔隙率PVDF中空纤维超滤膜的方法 .
Using poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) as the membrane material, the mixability parameters of non- solvents in PVDF/DMAc and PVDF/NMP solutions were determined at different temperatures They were found varying in following order:1-propanol>ethanol>methanol>water In addition, the effects of different solvents, additives and bore fluid compositions on the permeation flux, rejection and porosity are discussed The porosity of PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) membrane reached 80% Water permeation fluxes of PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes were 58~110?L/(m\+2·h) and the rejection rate with cut- off molecular weight of 67 000 was about 95% Based on the measurements of the permeation fluxes of water and the rejection rates of various protein solutions, the optimum wetspinning conditions of PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration(UF) membranes were obtained and the method for the fabrication of high-porosity PVDF hollow fiber UF membranes has been proposed
