摘要
目的分析老年口腔癌患者围术期的心理健康状况,从而采取有效的护理干预措施。方法选择2011年2月～201 2年1月的32例老年口腔癌患者,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者围术期的实际心理情况进行独立的测试,将收集整理的结果与全国常模进行对比分析,从而根据患者的心理采取相应的护理干预。结果 32例老年口腔癌患者的人际关系程度、焦虑状态、恐怖和精神病性因子的分值与全国常模比较,差异显著(P<0.05);通过实行个性化的护理措施后,各项因子比较明显改善(P<0.05)。结论通过对患者的心理进行分析,可以有效的完善围术期的护理,促进老年口腔癌患者手术的顺利完成,提高生存率及生活质量。
Objective To analyze the mental health situation for elderly patients with oral cancer in perioperative period, and take effective care interventions. Mothods 32 cases of elderly patients with oral cancer in our hospital from February 2011 to January 2012 were chosen. The self-rating scale （SCL-90） was taken for independent testing for the symptoms of perioperative psychological situation. The collected results were compared and analyzed with the national norm result in order to take appropriate care according to patients＇ psychological intervention. Results The relationships, anxiety, terror and psychosis factor scores for 32 cases of elderly patients with oral cancer were compared with the national norm, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. After the implementation of the personalization of care measures, the factor improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By the analysis of the patient＇s psychological, it can effectively improve the perioperative care, promote the successful completion of the surgery of elderly patients with oral cancer, and improve survival rate and quality of life.
