摘要
为了提高石材桥式切割机的自动化程度,扩大其加工范围,开发四轴开放式数控系统。采用PC+运动控制卡的硬件结构,以Visual C++作为上位机开发平台,采用模块化方法设计软件,实现对桥式切割机的精确控制。简述石材桥式切割机开放式数控系统的工艺特点、关键工艺问题。测试结果表明:该切割系统可以精确稳定运行,同时,也达到了切磨一体化、锯铣混合切割的要求。
In order to improve the automation of the stone bridge cutting machine and extend the scope of processing, the open four-axes CNC system was developed. With PC and motion control card as hardware structure, Visual C ++ as PC software develop- ment platform, the system software was designed with modularization method and the precise control to the stone bridge cutting ma- chine was realized. The test results show that the stone bridge cutting system is accurate and stable. The requirements of cutting- grinding integration and sawing-cutting mixed with milling-cutting are achieved.
