摘要
目的观察加味附子汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及安全性。方法将100例患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用加味附子汤,疗程30 d。观察治疗前后中医证候积分、密西根州糖尿病性周围神经病评分(MDNS)、神经传导速度。结果治疗组在中医证候、MDNS评分、肌电图方面的改善明显优于对照组。结论加味附子汤能显著提高DPN临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of Modified Fuzi Decoction in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： 100 patients were divided into two groups randomly,the control group were treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group were given Modified Fuzi Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment, each course of treatment was 30 days. TCM syndrome integrals, Michigan diabetic peripheral neuropathy score （MDNS）, nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after the treatment. Results： The treatment group was better than pure western medicine in TCM syndrome,MDNs and electromyography. Conclusion： Modified Fuzi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical effect of DPN.
