摘要
重大风险管理机制是企业平稳、成功实现持续创新的保障。当前中国企业持续创新的重大风险管控严重不足,重大风险管理机制普遍尚未建立。在对企业持续创新重大风险和风险管理机制的相关内涵进行界定的基础上,以经营者具备强烈的创新风险管理意识为前提,从组织结构与人员配备、规章制度、预警机制和应急预案4个方面构建了重大风险管理框架体系和设计方案,为企业有效应对持续创新过程中的重大风险提供帮助和理论参考。
Major risks management mechanism can help enterprises do sustainable.Currently,major risks management condition is not well,and which have potential questions in the process of Chinese enterprise＇s sustainable innovation practice.The paper defines the concept of major risks and risks management mechanism of enterprise＇s sustainable innovation process,finally highlights that enterprises should built risks management mechanism framework,from four parts,which are organizational structure and staffing,rules and regulations,early warning mechanism and contingency plans.It can provide directive function to do sustainable innovation for enterprises.
