摘要
发展低碳经济已成为国际化大趋势,我国政府也一直高度重视并积极倡导低碳经济发展。以生产清洁能源天然气为主营业务的大耗能企业——中国石油西南油气田公司为例,深入分析了低碳经济发展对公司的影响,并在此基础上从5个方面提出了应对策略:应完善低碳发展机制,实施低碳发展总体规划;加大天然气勘探开发力度,提供更多优质清洁能源;发展循环经济,重点抓好工业节能减排;增强低碳技术创新能力,以科技创新推动低碳发展;加大低碳发展宣传力度,培育低碳文化。
As the development of low carbon economy has become an international trend, the Chinese government also has always attached great importance to and actively advocated low carbon economic development. Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company, as the main energy consumption enterprise, confronted with the actual situations, should strengthen work from five aspects to response to the challenges:(1)improving low carbon development mechanism and implementing low carbon development planning;(2) expanding natural gas exploration and development activities to provide more high quality clean energy; (3) developing recycling economy and focusing on industrial energy conservation and emissions reduction; (4)Enhancing low carbon technology innovation ability and promoting low carbon economy go forward by means of science and technology innovation; (5)increase the low carbon development propaganda and cultivate low carbon culture.
