摘要
试验以谷氨酸和甲氧苄啶为原料,谷氨酸和甲氧苄啶的投料比为1.05︰1,用水做溶媒,合成谷氨酸TMP。试验结果表明:产品的水溶性较好;合成的谷氨酸TMP熔点为219.6℃;水溶液呈酸性;产品纯度可达到99.6%以上。
With Glutamate (Glu) and Trimethoprim (TMP) as the materials, the water as menstruum with ratio of Glu to TMP 1.05 : 1, Glu-TMP was synthetized. The results indicated that the product water-solubility was good. The melting point of Glu-TMP was 219.6℃ and its aqueous solution was acidic. The purity of Glu-TMP was more than 99.6%.
