摘要 高功率瞬态电场的测试是电磁环境效应评估与防护研究领域的难点。笔者基于有源电光调制法,设计了一种高功率瞬态电场传感器。通过建立简化的等效电路模型,并借助CST微波工作室对该传感器的结构建模仿真,分别从频域和时域分析了接收天线负载对传感器接收特性的影响,并得到了一致的结果。结果表明:接收天线采用单极子天线,负载采用低阻时响应信号为被测电场的微分信号,采用高阻时响应电压与被测电场场强成正比,通过改变负载电容取值可以控制传感器量程。 It's difficult to measure the high power transient electric field in the assessment of electromag- netic environmental effect and electromagnetic protection. In this study, a kind of sensor based on the ac- tive electro-optical modulation is designed for measuring high power transient electric field. The load im- pendence influence of antenna on the receiving characteristic of the sensor is investigated. The equivalent circuit model is established to investigate in frequency domain. The model of sensor structure established by CST is used for simulating and analyzing in time domain. The results in time domain are coincident with those in frequency domain. The results prove that if the receiving antenna is monopole antenna, the response signal is a differential signal while the load impedance is low and the responded voltage is di- rectly proportional to the electric field strength while the load impedance is high. The measuring range of the sensor can be controlled by changing the value of the load capacitance.
