介绍了麦斯林麦斯林的生产试制过程,叙述了高支毛纱的生产和经纱上浆工艺。在高支毛纱生产中,重点探讨了改进前纺的生产工艺路线,并对工艺参数进行适当的调整,以提高毛纱的质量。在经纱上浆工艺中,重点探讨了浆料配方和上浆工艺,解决了高支毛纱在织造中的难题,通过生产试制麦斯林面料,为企业开发毛精纺轻薄、高档、高附加值的新产品提供参考依据。
The production process of muslin was discussed from the following two aspects： firstly,to produces high-count yarn;secondly,to use sizing technology.In the high-count yarn production,discusses the production process route,adjusting process parameters to improve yarn quality.In warp sizing process,it discusses the sizing formula and sizing technology,to solve the problem of high-count yarn in weaving.It can provide the reference for enterprise development new product.
