摘要
当代大学校园中,"80后"辅导员已逐渐成为高校辅导员的新生力量,"90后"大学生已经逐渐成为了大学生的主要群体。"90后"大学生有着不同于其他时代的大学生的特征,而"80后"的辅导员在应对"90后"大学生时有着自身的优势但也同时存在着严峻的挑战,本文在分析"90后"大学生的特点和"80后"辅导员面临的挑战的基础上,对高校80后辅导员的工作进行进一步探析。
The college students.born in 1990s, with their distinguished features, are already the main gToup in college. To get along with them, the students＇ affairs counselor born in 1980s, possessing their own advantages as well as facing the severe challenges has gradually become a newly emerging force. Based on the analysis of the ＂post-90s＂ students＇ features as well as the challenges faced by the ＂post-80s＂ counselors, this essay aims to explore the working practice of the ＂post-80s＂ counselors in college.
