摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TVP)术后发生膀胱痉挛的原因及护理对策。方法对本院2009年5月～2012年3月收治的786例TVP手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨术后发生膀胱痉挛的常见原因及相关护理对策。结果引起膀胱痉挛的原因较多,其中心理因素、感染、膀胱容量过大等是造成膀胱痉挛的主要原因,且可通过相关护理措施进行预防。结论对TVP患者实施相应的护理预防措施可以降低术后膀胱痉挛的发生率,有助于改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of bladder spasm after transurethral vaporization prostate（TVP）.Methods The clinical data of 786 cases of the TVP surgical patients admitted in our hospital from May 2009 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed,the common cause of postoperative bladder spasms and nursing strategy were explored.Results The reasons for bladder spasm were many,including psychological factors,infection,bladder capacity with too large which were the main causes for bladder spasm,and could be given related nursing interventions for prevention.Conclusion The implementation of appropriate care precautions to the TVP patients can reduce the incidence of bladder spasm,and help to improve the prognosis of patients.
