摘要
对攀长钢5t双极串联电渣炉现存的一些问题进行了探讨,指出不交换电极设计导致电渣锭过于短粗,高径比偏小,成材率低;电极棒倒置重熔,以及燕尾形式钢楔紧固的夹持方式不能克服双极串联电渣过程中感生磁场洛伦兹力引起的电极摆荡现象,使极间距不断变化,导致电流不稳定等问题急需在搬迁改造中加以解决。提出了改为交换电极设计、液压夹持,采用高径比大的新结晶器等改造建议,并对新结晶器参数提出了初步的想法。
This paper discussed some problems existed in the 5t bipolar series-connecting ESR furnace in Changcheng Special Steel Company, and pointed out that the non-exchangeable electrode design caused too short and thick electroslag remehed ingot with small ratio of height to diameter and low product rate; and the inverted remelting and clamping way of electrode bar in swallow tail form fastened with steel wedge couldn' t overcome the electrode swing phenomenon caused by Lorenz force of induced magnetic field during the bipolar series-connecting electroslag remehing process , which changed the spacing between the electrodes and caused unstable current. It' s urgent to solve the problems described above in the relocation and improvement process of the 5t bipolar series-connecting ESR furnace. Some suggestions for reconstruction have been given which include changing to be exchangeable electrode design, hydraulic clamping, use of new mold with big ratio of height to diameter, and so on, and some preliminary ideas about the parameters of new mold have been put forward.
