摘要
就已有的实验数据,针对SWRH82B盘条在控制冷却过程中温度场的变化情况,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立合理的有限元模型并进行了分析,获得不同规格SWRH82B盘条在最佳轧制工艺参数条件下的节点温降曲线和瞬态温度场分布,同时对有限元模型规格的更改,可以推衍出不同规格的82B盘条最佳轧制控冷工艺参数,为实际生产提供理论基础和工程参考。
According to the experimental data, the SWRH82B wire during controlled cooling temperature field change, using Ansys finite element analysis software to establish reasonable finite element model and the analysis, obtained different specifications of SWRH82B wire rod rolling process in the best conditions of node temperature curve and the distribution of transient temperature field, at the same time the finite element model specification changes, can be deduced from the different specifications of 82B wire rod rolling and eontrolled cooling process parameters optimal for the actual production, to provide the theoretical basis and engineering reference.
