摘要
目的了解北京地铁乘务员对急救知识和技能的掌握程度,为此类高危岗位的急救培训制定合适的培训方法。方法采用问卷调查、书面考核、操作考核的方法,通过分数掌握其急救培训的效果。结果地铁乘务员中,行政人员对急救的关注度高者占38.89%,一线人员占28.07%。理论学习完全掌握的行政人员占50.00%,一线人员占35.09%。操作完全掌握的行政人员占61.11%,一线人员占35.09%。结论应针对地铁乘务员的能力,岗位性质、对急救知识的需求制定出更加有效、合理的培训计划,进行系统、规范的急救知识及技能的培训课程。
Objective To know about the current level of their first aid knowledge and skills, in order to draw up an appropriate method for training the subway attendants of Beijing who were in high risk posts. Methods The first aid training effect of the stewards were learned through their marks by a questionnaire, paper examination, and operation practice. Results Among the subway stewards, there was 38.89% of the administrative personnel paid high attention to the first aid, while the front-line attendants accounted for 28.07%. In learning theoretical knowledge, 50.00% of the administrative personal passed the examination, while the front-line attendants accounted for 35.09%. In first-aid operation examination, 61.11% of the administrative personal passed, while the front-line attendants accounted for 35.09%. Conclusion A more systematic, standardized and effective training plan should be made according to the ability of subway attendants, post nature, and the knowledge needs of the first aid, and we should carry on a system, standard training courses of the first aid knowledge and skills.
