摘要
军团菌病是由军团菌科细菌所致的肺部感染。其中革兰染色阴性嗜肺军团菌是引起军团菌肺炎最重要的一种。本文通过对1例该病患者的药物治疗过程,探讨其治疗方案,军团菌应遵循敏感、足量、足程的抗菌药物治疗原则。军团菌被认为是机会性致病菌。在诊断不明原因呼吸道感染发热患者时应该考虑军团菌病的可能,尤其排除其他疾病时应高度重视军团菌病,以便合理选择抗生素。
Legionnaires disease is a pulmonary infection caused by legionella families bacteria, of which, gram-negative legionella pneumophila is one kind of the most important bacteria that cause legionella pneumonia. This paper discusses the treatment plan, the therapy principle of antibacterial drug that legionella should abide by sensitivity, sufficiency and enough course through going over the treatment process of one case of patient with the disease. Legionnella is considered to be opportunistic pathogens. The patients who are diagnosed as unexplained respiratory tract infection with fever should be considered the possibility of legionnaires disease, and should pay high attention to the legionnaires disease especially when getting rid of other diseases, so as to choose the antibiotics reasonably.
