摘要
重点研究影响电解铝槽电阻的主要因素,分析其与槽电阻之间的具体关系,通过研究确定以最小二乘曲线拟合方法建立槽电阻数学模型,并以青铜峡铝业某铝厂的400 kA电解槽为应用实例,利用电解车间240台电解槽的实际运行数据使用最小二乘方法建立数学模型,并与差分方程方法进行比较,结果表明了最小二乘建模方法的有效性和准确性。
The main influence factors of the electrolytic aluminum cell resistance are studied, and then the factual relationship among them is analyzed. The least-squares fitting method is used to establish the mathematical model of cell resistance. At last the 240 cells of 400 kA capacity in the one aluminum smelter of Qingtongxia aluminum industry are as an example to be studied. The data collecting from these cells are used to establish the concrete mathematic model using the least-squares fitting method. The result shows the effectivity and accuracy of least-squares fitting method, comparing with the difference equation method.
