摘要
[目的]探讨分析心肺复苏术后病人稳定期的临床护理措施,以促进病人脑功能的恢复和身体康复。[方法]回顾性分析2010年4月—2012年3月在我院治疗的64例心脏骤停后心肺复苏成功病人的临床记录资料。[结果]观察组的总有效率为84.38%,显著高于对照组的56.25%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对心肺复苏术后稳定期病人给予细致、有效及全面的护理,可显著降低并发症发生率、促进病人脑功能的改善和机体功能的恢复。
Objective： To probe into the clinical nursing measures of pa- tients in stable period after undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods.Clinical data of 64 patients with successful cardiopulmonary re- suscitation after cardiac arrest in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2012 were reviewed. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group （84.38%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （56. 25%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion, Careful , effective and comprehensive care after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients in stable period can significantly reduce the incidence of complications , and promote the im- provement of the patients＇brain function and recovery of body functions.
