The Influence of Impact Velocity and Rotation Velocity on PELE Effect

摘要 采用AUTODYN-3D软件对横向效应增强型侵彻体(PELE)侵彻金属靶板的过程进行数值模拟。通过分析不同转速和着速下PELE弹丸的剩余速度、靶板扩孔直径、破片的质量-数量分布和破片飞散角情况,得到PELE弹丸的横向效应随转速和着速的变化规律。研究结果为PELE弹药转速和着速的设计提供参考。 Penetration process of penetrator with enhanced lateral effect(PELE) in metallic target was simulated by AUTODYN-3D code.Through the analysis of the residual velocity of PELE projectiles,diameter of aperture on target,distribution of the quality of the fragments and the number of the fragments,scattering angles of the fragments with different impact velocity and rotation velocity,the tendency of lateral effect was achieved.The result is useful in choosing impact velocity and rotation velocity in engineering design of PELE.
