摘要
为提高某企业型材生产设备的生产效率和管理水平,结合经典的设备预防性维护理论,针对目前该企业相关设备的信息管理问题,提出设备计划维修下的设备预防性维护策略,并建立相应的预防性维护模型;基于Silverlight富客户端技术研究并实现了的设备信息管理系统;系统在收集企业设备信息、故障数据的基础上,借助设备预防性维护研究成果和RIA数据交互技术提升设备运维水平和用户信息交互体验。
In order to improve a production equipment production efficiency and management level of Material molding equipment in someone enterprise, combined with the classical theory of equipment pre- ventive maintenance, and aiming at the enterprise related equipment information management, this paper puts forward the equipment maintenance plan about the equipment preventive maintenance strategy, and sets up a corresponding preventive maintenance model, developed equipment information management system based on the rich client Silverlight technology; In the basis of collecting enterprise equipment in- formation and the data of the fault, system having the aid of the equipment preventive maintenance re- search results and RIA data interaction technology promotes equipment maintenance level and user infor- mation interaction experience.
