摘要
为了增加硅藻土的反应活性,采用氢氧化钠对硅藻土进行提纯处理,通过正交试验和工艺条件优化试验确定最优的硅藻土碱浸提纯条件,提纯后研究了碱浸硅藻土对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明:硅藻土最优的碱浸提纯条件为,5%NaOH在100℃条件下处理2 h,提纯后硅藻土比表面积增大,对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能明显提高,可高达96.32%。热力学研究表明,碱浸硅藻土对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温式,比较等温式的相关系数发现,碱浸硅藻土对亚甲基蓝的吸附更符合Langmuir等温吸附式,碱浸硅藻土对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程是自发进行的。
Diatomite was treated with sodium hydroxide to remove impurity.The optimized condition of sodium hydroxide treatment was obtained by orthogonal experiment and level test.The effect factors including methylene blue concentration and temperature on the adsorption properties of methylene blue onto diatomite treated with sodium hydroxide were investigated.The optimized condition of sodium hydroxide treatment was 5% NaOH at 100 ℃ for 2 h.When the diatomite was treated with sodium hydroxide with a concentration of 5% in mass at 100 ℃ for 2 h,the specific surface area increased remarkably and the adsorption capacity of the diatomite on methylene blue improved effectively and reached 96.32%.The thermodynamic study illustrated that the methylene blue adsorption equilibrium onto diatomite treated with sodium hydroxide followed the Langmuir isotherm model better.The thermodynamic parameters indicated that the adsorption of methylene blue onto diatomite treated with sodium hydroxide was a spontaneous process.
