摘要
实际微带传输线导带均有一定厚度,导带厚度必然会对导波系统的电磁特性有一定的影响.文中应用有限元-线性边界元混合法分析了无限薄屏蔽单微带线、双微带线高次模式的截止波长随微带线结构尺寸变化,然后分析了影响有限导带厚度的屏蔽单微带线截止波长的因素及其变化趋势,得到微带线结构尺寸及导带厚度与其TE1模截止波长的关系,其结果对具有有限导带厚度屏蔽微带线的优化设计具有指导意义和参考价值.
The microstrip transmission line strip had a certain thickness, the guided wave system of the electromagnetic characteristics were effected by the thickness more or less. In this paper, the finite element-linear boundary element method was used to analyzed infinitely thin shielding single microstrip line and shielding pair microstrip line high-order mode cut-off wavelengths as microstrip line structure size change,then the Influence factors and the change tendency of finite strip thickness of the shielding single microstrip line cutoff wavelength were analyzed, and the relationship between the microstrip line structure sizes and conductor strip thickness with TEl mode cutoff wavelength were given. Hence, to analyse the effect of strip thickness of shielding microstrip lines and optimization design have considerable value.
