摘要
比较了国内外精炼装置蒸汽真空泵的蒸汽消耗，并计算含水环泵真空系统的能介消耗。针对150t RH工艺的真空系统，对比了蒸汽泵、蒸汽泵带水环泵及机械泵三种方案的主要参数。
This article aims to compare steam consumption among oversea and domestic designs of secondary refining, meanwhile the paper calculate the energy and medium consumption of vacuum system involving water-ring pump. For 150t RH process, the paper indicates the main parameters of steam jet, steam jet involving water-ring pump and mechanical pump only, respectively.
